I have been a long time ECCO customer and as always extremely satisfied with the product and their customer service.This product was furnished in part due to a customer service/wearability issue with a previous purchase. I had to replace a similar pair when the soles deteriorated -- Ecco gave me credit toward a new pair -- and I'm very pleased with these. They are conservative black but also more contemporary. They feel absolutely wonderful.
