I absolutely loved the first pair of ECCOs I bought......Unfortunately they wore out. I could not find them at the store, however, the manager gave me a bag to return them to ECCO to see if they would replace them. I could not believe it when I got a gift card and the shoes back in the mail. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You have a client for life. ps....love the shoes that I used the gift card to purchase.

The shoe is perfect. Would like a tie shoe in cordovan for dressy & casual. Something other than wing tip design. Cordovan goes with brown, black or gray whereas brown or tan do not mix as well. I also have some Ecco golf shoes which are the most comfortable shoes ever. Thanks much for the quality and the comfort and the quick delivery service. It was fantastic!

I hate square-tipped shoes. I'm a sucker for the classic look (wing-tip). I love the wearability of Ecco - and now I have everything I need in one shoe. As soon as TSA lets us once again wear our shoes through security - it will be perfect!
