I own multiple pairs of Ecco shoes because I have plantar fasciitis and have found these shoes relieve the pressure that increases the pain. I was excited to receive these beautiful boots, but there is basically no cushioning in the boot. I would not be able to wear these boots for an extended period of time. I am disappointed in the comfort level of this boot as I have come to rely on Ecco shoes being a standard in my wardrobe. Because of the expected comfort of Ecco shoes I can only give three stars. The boots are beautiful and well-crafted. If cushioning is not an issue for you, then these would be a wonderful purchase.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE MAKE THIS BOOT WITH A WIDE SHAFT STARTING JUST ABOVE THE ANKLE. MY PROBLEM IS THICK ANKLES AND FAIRLY BIG CALFS. I GOT THE LEFT ONE ZIPPED BUT NOT THE RIGHT ONE. BEFORE SENDING THESE BACK I'M TAKING THEM TO MY SHOEMAKER TO SEE IF HE CAN STRETCH THE SHAFT BUT I DOUBT IT.
THESE ARE BEAUTIFULLY MADE AND THE LEATHER IS SHINY SOFT AND PLIABLE AND THE FOOT IS VERY COMFY.
I WILL TRY TO CONTACT ECCO AND BEG FOR THIS FOR ALL OF US WITH BIG LEGS. 3 PAIRS OF BOOTS CAME TODAY AND THESE ARE MY FAVORITES. I WANT THESE!!!
