I bought these to prepare for a 2 week hike in the New Mexico mountains for Philmont. In several warm-up hikes, I have been in some really wet conditions. Where everyone else started complaining about wet feet, these have kept the water out. Sturdy and comfortable, I'm ready for the Rockies!

Just completed a 7 day, 80 mile trek in Bhutan. Two of those days were spent walking on cobbles and small boulders, the other five days on trails that changed from sand to gravel to rock strewn. We did ascents to 15,000 & 16,000' with descents of 5,000 & 4,000' down some very steep trails. These boots performed. No blisters, no complaints. My most comfortable trek yet. I love these boots.

I own the Ecco biom golf shoes, I own Ecco dress shoes and needed some boots for around the house and hiking. Didn't go anywhere else but Ecco, as usual Ecco delivers. The biom style, like my golf shoes, are second to none. Like all Ecco shoes, the minute you put them on its like you had them for six months. Like all Ecco , most comfortable shoe on the market. Look great, get compliments all the time! The perfect boot. As always Ecco cost a little more but the old saying you get what you pay for. As long as Ecco never changes their quality I will always buy my sandals, dress shoes, golf shoes and boots from them. Ecco keep up the good work!! If you buy other than Ecco, you're making a mistake.
