These insoles fit directly into my pair of ecco's with ease. I was hoping to get a little more life out of these shoes, and these did the trick. I am a loyal ecco shoe customer, and have only bought ecco dress shoes for the last 10 years.

I had wore a hole through the original insoles in my shoes so my choices were new shoes or these replacements. These are better than using insoles with holes but not nearly as comfortable as the originals. I have several pairs of eccos, but when I wear this pair, one shoe is comfortable and the "breathing" holes on the new soles make the other irritating.

I wear the Chicago shoe almost everyday-one pair in black and one in brown. Had the lead in the musical "Grease" and insisted on wearing the black pair, even for all of the dancing scenes. The insoles finally wore out, but the shoes hardly look worn, even after 2 years of wear before the musical. These insoles work great! Even with all of the wear and dancing, the old ones had no odor when I finally threw them away!

I thought it was too thin; however, it made the pain in my foot go away. Been a couple weeks and it still works. Hope it will last a year like the original insole.
