Job Description
Job Title: Master Data Coordinator
Department: Sales Operations
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- • To coordinate all SAP customer facing master data in a timely and accurate manner with clear accountability for data integrity.
- • Timely data collection, coordination, entry, and validation of customer facing master data into SAP to include customer master, routing and sales reductions pricing.
- • Interact with internal departments in the organization to provide information, resolve issues, and support cross functional projects; rapidly detect and correct problems by establishing exception reporting and ensuring root cause of issue has been addressed.
- • Creatively analyze and correct discrepancies around master data to satisfy internal and external customers, while adhering to the policies and procedures defined for Master Data management. Follow-through and follow-up of issue to resolution with regular updates to internal customer during resolution.
- • Ensure global defined data principles, data standards and guidelines are administered.
- • Responsible for taking ownership of the process and being accountable for the majority of data management changes, while managing the Master Data business process, execution, documentation and record keeping.
- • Identify areas where business processes require changes to improve data integrity and work with business stakeholders to implement changes.
- • Understand the ECCO USA business processes in relation to issues of data integrity.
- • Communicate complex concepts and enroll business stakeholders in process improvement.
- • Train users as needed.
- • Maintain a positive attitude and make a valuable contribution towards maintaining ECCO's culture of passion, innovation and sustainability.
- • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- • High school diploma required. Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or other related field preferred.
- • 2-3 years experience in data entry and/or data control.
- • 1+ years of SAP experience preferred.
- • Strong computer skills with moderate to advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
- • Detail-oriented professional, self-motivated, and efficient with critical thinking, problem solving and strong analytical skills.
- • Accurate and quick data entry and reporting skills.
- • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally (both verbally and written).
- • Flexibility and adaptability to demands of a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize work and work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
- • Ability to function well in multi-disciplined teams with diverse individuals.

- • Possibility of occasional intra- and/or international travel.
