Good booties. The leather inside of the heel could be a little more soft, but what they have is also OK, because there are no blisters..
The width is somehow between average and wide, I would say 'wide enough'. ECCO doesn't have N,M and W scale, so I marked 'too wide'. I have average feet and an issue with the right one, so I feel comfortable, but if you have narrow feet, these booties are not for you, or you'll have to wear thick socks.

these boots are extremely comfortable, I have trouble finding boots that are narrow enough formy foot, they run a bit long but are very comfortable on a narrow foot. Love the way they look. Tieing the laces takes longer than a slip on but they are worth it. I am buying a second pair.

I wanted these to replace my other Ecco boots for something a little more stylish. These boots were just too narrow and squished my toes. Sadly I had to return them.

I saw these in blue in Europe and missed getting them there. Unfortunately, they are not offered in blue in the U.S. (very disappointing!!), so I thought I would try the black because the blue looked so cute and great for wearing with jeans. When they came they really looked like "motorcycle" boots - not really my look. I tried them on anyway, and found that they were snug across the instep, even with the laces opened a lot. All around I was disappointed - not something I normally say with Ecco shoes! Needless to say, I sent them back.
