I got a pair of these boots quite sometime ago and I LOVE them!But I think the water had gotten the best of them so keep on perfercting them around the sole area.

I ordered these in a 12 (my normal size) and they were too tight. Swapped them out with a size 13. Almost immediately started having problems keeping the shoelaces tight. I swapped out the laces for a set 6" longer and then had no problems breaking them in. I hope someone from ECCO sees this in order to change out the laces for longer ones...
I walk a lot at work, on concrete and metal surfaces, so comfy shoes are a must. I got turned on to ECCO's about 5 years ago, got 2 pairs and have been a loyal customer ever since.

I am a video documentarian who spends a lot of time in tough outdoor environments. These are the best and most durable footwear I've ever owned, are truly waterproof, and I wear them daily. I have had the leather uppers sewn a couple of times, but since I take virtually no care of them, I can't complain. I do wish the soles were replaceable.
