I have had to send one pair of these shoes back already because of a crack in the sole and my newest pair of the Welt shoes has just developed a crack in the same place as my old pair. There is a manufacturing problem with these shoes that Ecco needs to address. I have at least 6 pairs of other Ecco shoes and I love all of them except for this one. Please fix this!

For some unforeseen reason European shoes don't feel as comfortable as the American brands I wear. They just didn't feel that comfortable and slipped a bit on the heel. The golf shoes, however, do feel more comfortable than most American brands.
To be fair, this shoe would be great for others, just not for me. Your firm exchanged the shoes for something more suitable and I'm totally pleased with the service. Thank you. Allan

These shoes replaced another pair of ECCO shoes that I bought in 2009 for a vacation in Germany and Scotland. Since then I have worn them almost every day. The soles were still fine, but the uppers were starting to fray a bit. I love the style of these new shoes.
