I got these shoes as an exchange for another pair that had a defect. As others noted, they are hard to get on, first try was a wresting match! But with a simple shoe horn it is not a problem, and seems to be getting better now that I have worn them more, even in the airport w/ no shoe horn. The shoes are quite comfortable. My only complaint is that the coffee color is quite dark, I'd like a lighter option.
