The product works well at keeping the leather looking good.

My one complaint would be that with the previous bottle that I owned, the sponge-head attached to the end of the tube developed mold after a long period of non-use. This might be from impurities collected from the shoe or from the leather cream itself.

I have found that by washing out the sponge-head after each use and letting it dry properly, I can avoid this problem.

Good product- adds shine to shoes. I wouldn't say it makes shoes look new. I have been wearing the shoes that I recently applied this cream to for about 8-9 months. The cream does add shine and makes the shoes look darker. It doesn't address the slightly worn look of the shoes but that is expected due to the time I have had the shoes without applying the cream--I would have purchased sooner but I didn't know it was available. The cream does come out of the tube easily so you have to be careful or the shoes wiil have a lot of the product. It is easy to use and there is no need to purchase a sponge because the tube has that attached to it. The one thing I wasn't happy about was the size of the box that this product was sent in. I think the company uses the same size box that it used to send shoes in which is not good especially for the environment plus all the extra paper added to the box---very unnecessary.

It was hard to keep the product on the shoe. It drips easily. It really was a mess trying to work with it. I am not happy with it. At the price I paid, I expected a superior product. It isn't.(The shoes are great though.)

The cream is great because it doesn't clog the pours of the leather like a polish does.
