Shipping and Returns Details:
A street address is required for all deliveries. We cannot ship to a PO Box or to military APO/FPO addresses. At this time we only ship merchandise within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may be applied to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico and other US territories.
For express delivery, orders must be placed by 12:00 pm EST to ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Please note that UPS only delivers express shipments Monday through Friday. Therefore express delivery orders placed on Fridays will not be delivered until the following week.

Hazardous Materials Shipping
Some of our Shoe Care items, including aerosol sprays and alcohol-based products, are considered Hazardous Materials (HazMat) when in transit and are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to Federal Regulations. For these shipments, we can ship via USPS Sure Post or UPS Ground only, within the continental United States. These items will be noted in the item's product description. If your shopping cart contains any aerosol items, air shipment options will not be available when you select your shipping method on the checkout page, and your entire order will ship by Standard or Ground shipment. To send the non-aerosol items in your shopping cart via air, you will have to place a separate order for those products.
RETURN BY MAIL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. At this time, us.shop.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.
You can return your us.shop.ecco.com purchase at any participating ECCO retail stores, click here for your local ECCO store. When returning your merchandise please have the following information with you: Order and shipped confirmation as sent you via the us.shop.ecco.com, packing list that came with your purchase and method of payment. If PayPal was the form of payment then a store credit will be given. If you received your item as a gift, simply follow the instructions above and we will provide you a refund in the form of a merchandise credit or complete your exchange.
Returns should be shipped within 60 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your us.shop.ecco.com purchase. Items should be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a refund. We will issue you a credit to your credit card. We can only issue credit to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All us.shop.ecco.com returns must be sent back using your returns label that was included in your original shipment.Click here for a returns form.

LOYALTY MEMBER FREE RETURN:
As of 6/20/2014 all qualifying loyalty member orders will receive a UPS pre-paid return label on your packing slip. This pre-paid label is valid for 30 days. Enclosed your items and a completed Return Form in a secure package and place the return label on the outside of the box. Bring your package to a local UPS drop off box or to a UPS store. Please note that the return label is for domestic returns only. Any returns coming from outside of the USA must be paid by the sender.
If you feel that your product is defective and you are unable to return it to the original place of purchase, please call 1-877-687-4631 for a postage pre-paid pouch. You can send your shoes using this pouch and shoes will be inspected for manufacturing defects. We pride ourselves in our quality and we want to ensure that you have the best possible experience shopping with us.
RETURN TO STORE:
You can return your ECCO online purchase to an ECCO Retail Store or ECCO Outlet. Non-participating stores are: ECCO Shoes Rancho Cucamonga in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, ECCO Shoes Scottsdale in Scottsdale, AZ, ECCO Shoes Aventura in Miami, FL, ECCO Shoes Boca Town Center in Boca Raton, FL, ECCO Shoes Millenia in Orlando, FL and ECCO Palm Beach Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Please note that all eccousa.com returns must be returned to an ECCO owned retail store, not just a retail store that carries ECCO shoes. Please bring the following items with you when following items with you when returning to an ECCO store:
- Order and email shipping confirmation
- Packing list that was included with your purchase
- The merchandise in unworn condition and in the original box
- Valid ID
- Your original form of payment. PayPal orders will be given store merchandise credit
